Read GuideFrequently Asked Questions
Common questions from real estate agents and brokers about working with JAX Inspection Services.
How do I schedule inspections for my clients?
Call us at (305) 429-0373 or email [email protected] to schedule an inspection. You can submit requests by phone or email, and we will send completed reports directly to you and your client promptly after the inspection is completed. There is no minimum volume requirement.
Do you offer discounted pricing for high-volume agents?
Yes. Agents who refer 5 or more inspections per month qualify for preferred partner pricing. Contact us to discuss your volume and we will put together a custom rate schedule. We also offer bundled pricing when a buyer needs both a wind mitigation and 4-point inspection at the same visit.
How quickly can you schedule an inspection?
Most inspections are scheduled within 1-3 business days. For registered agent partners, we prioritize scheduling and can often accommodate same-week requests. Rush 24-hour scheduling is available for an additional fee. Call us directly for urgent needs.
Are your reports accepted by all major Florida carriers?
Yes. Our wind mitigation reports use the OIR-B1-1802 form as required by Florida law, and our 4-point reports use the AIAI-approved form. All reports are formatted to meet common insurance underwriting requirements and are accepted by all major Florida carriers.
What happens if the insurance company requests a re-inspection?
In the rare event that a carrier requests additional information or a re-inspection, we handle it at no additional charge to you or your client. Our reports are thorough and well-documented specifically to minimize re-inspection requests.
Can you do a wind mitigation and 4-point inspection at the same visit?
Absolutely, and we recommend it. Combining both inspections saves your client time and typically reduces the total cost compared to scheduling them separately. Most of our insurance inspection clients order both at the same time.
