If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services Provided

JAX Inspection Services provides residential and commercial property inspection services throughout the state of Florida, including but not limited to:

• Home Inspections
• 4-Point Inspections
• Wind Mitigation Inspections
• Roof Certification Inspections
• Full Home Real Estate Inspections
• Mold Inspections

All inspections are performed by licensed, insured inspectors in accordance with Florida state law and applicable industry standards. Our inspections are visual examinations of accessible systems and components and do not constitute a guarantee or warranty of any kind.

3. Inspection Limitations

Our inspections are limited to visual observations of accessible areas at the time of the inspection. We do not inspect areas that are concealed, inaccessible, or not safely reachable. Our reports reflect conditions observed on the date of the inspection only and do not predict future performance or conditions.

Our services are not a substitute for a structural engineering report, environmental assessment, code compliance inspection, or any other specialized professional evaluation. We recommend consulting appropriate specialists for concerns outside the scope of a standard property inspection.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at the time of booking. All fees are non-refundable once an inspection has been completed. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee may apply.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, JAX Inspection Services' total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific inspection giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages of any kind. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be submitted to non-binding mediation in Broward County, Florida. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings held in Broward County, Florida. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
